Brampton has twelve beautiful beaches, with seven being easily accessible via the National Park walking trails. Premium Ocean View Rooms are located right on the beach and offer the best accommodation views on the island. Rooms are modern with a king size bed, large and comfortable lounge chairs and contemporary furnishings. Flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player, espresso machine, air conditioning, evening turn-down service and waffle weave bathrobes are just some of the exclusive features included in this grade. An outdoor area offers a private hammock and guests receive a bottle of premium sparkling wine on arrival.

To/From Mackay
Regular flights are available from all Australian capital cities connecting to Mackay daily, with Virgin Blue and Qantas. Jetstar operates regular connecting flights from Brisbane to Mackay.
Virgin Blue flights to/from Mackay connect with the boat transfer to/from Brampton Island.
Air transfer - Hinterland Aviation
Australasian Jet operate flights daily from Mackay to Voyages Brampton Island (transfer time: 15 minutes) and from Hamilton Island to Voyages Brampton Island (transfer time 20 minutes). Bookings are made through Voyages with a minimum of 2 passengers.
The check-in desk is next to the Brampton Launch desk at the main airport at Mackay - adjacent to the Virgin Blue baggage carousel. Check in time is 10 minutes before the flight.
Baggage Allowance
Passengers are restricted to 20kg of luggage (15kg checked luggage, 5kg hand luggage). Please note soft-sided baggage is preferred.

Boat Transfer
A courtesy coach departs Mackay Airport at 11.00am to Mackay Marina. The boat transfer departs Mackay Marina at 11.30am and arrives at Brampton Island at 12.45pm. The return trip from Brampton Island departs at 1.15pm and arrives at Mackay Airport (via the courtesy coach) at 3.00pm. Bookings are made through Voyages.
The boat time may vary due to weather conditions and can be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions.
PLEASE NOTE: There are no transfers to Brampton Island on Christmas Day.
